This organization locates, captures, governs and studies every class of supernatural and try to keep the balance of control in human hands. There are three branches in the DSC: Central Agency, the Research Branch and the Field Unit. BRANCHES CENTRAL AGENCY The Central Agency is made up of those with the power. These are the people that are in charge and are in control of everything. They are the ones that make the laws pertaining to the governing of supernatural. They are also the ones that give the orders to the other branches. Their positions includes the Director, Director of Research, Field Director, Assistants to each of those previously listed, and Public Relations Coordinator. RESEARCH BRANCH As you guessed, the Research Branch is the one that is purely for scientists. These scientists mainly research the classes of supernatural and what each class can do. They run Experiments and test different supernatural to develop weapons and drugs to use against the supernatural. The Science Unit is entirely made up of, well, scientists. Each research department has a Head, such as a Head Weapons Engineer, or a Head Biologist. Besides the release of Xyban, this branch has been charged with finding a way to combine the different class types to create a generation of gifted that will purely be controlled by the DSC, i. e, growing their own brand of agents to help destroy the abnormal population. (If you are interested in having your character be a test tube grown gifted, pm mikey for information.) FIELD UNIT This is probably the largest Unit of the DSC. The Field Unit is made up of agents that go out in the country to locate and capture gifted. These can be a group of agents working together, or as a single person. The Commander in Chief is the one that control the Field Unit. They are in charge of dealing with all the agents and all the paperwork of processing the newly coded gifted. They are also the toughest and hardest of the DSC Agents.

INFO Though they are a group fighting against the DSC, they do so passively, trying to use as little violence as possible trying to change through peaceful means to quell the hate against the supernatural. Kobalt is not really a new organization, but it has only been in the recent year or two that it has grown drastically. Though they fight against the DSC and the laws that they set, Kobalt isn't just made up of supernatural. Humans have also helped take up the call to help fight against the DSC. They are lead by their Commander and their two Captains, but other than that have no real ranks. There are recruiters, members who search for abnormal and/or ask them to join, and the investigators, members that gather information on, namely, the DSC.

INFO The organization Elite is an organization of gifted that aim to take down the DSC. Not all of them have a strong hatred for normal humans, though and sometimes revolt against the extremely violent actions taken. Though they want supernatural to be treated just like everyone else, they are taking as many violent ways as possible to achieve that goal. Little is known to the actual members of Elite, their main goal is eventually to destory and eradicate as many humans as possible, potentially creating a future where human are used as slaves and the ones considered abnormal. Under the Captain, there are several Commanders, the most trusted members who carry out the orders to the members and take care of high-risk business. The member base branches off into the Raider class and regular member class. The members of Elite Raider forces are the ones that underneath the radar, going out into Ravenswood and carrying out the acts of terrorist violence or executing planned attacks against the DSC

Now, they have found their way into the hands of the DSC and are being funded by them to help them destroy the Supernaturals. INFO Created almost a 1000 years ago, the Hunters have been around almost as long as the Supernaturals have been around. After the assassination of the President, the Hunters found themselves under the wing of the DSC. The Hunters is a group of humans and biologically engineered beings, and sometimes a few Supernatural that believe there race to be evil, that have one purpose and one purpose only; to kill as many supernatural as they possibly can. This group of individuals as a collective, believe that the supernatural are evil beings sent by whatever force they believe in to destroy the human race. Though this is not the case, they tend to think of all supernatural as a whole as evil (though, lets face it, some of them are). Of course not all the individuals in the Hunters feel this way, but a grand majority do. Almost brainwashing those they take in, they are a elite group of human killers that are shaped into a weapon that will pierce the heart of the Supernatural problem. There is only one problem with this; Hunters is a group of humans, who even using the latest and greatest technology, are no match for Supernatural and their abilities. So 2 years ago, the Leader of the Hunters, was approached by DSC with a deal that would allow them the ability to surgically enhance their agents into Hunters.Hunter is lead by one member, the Leader, and then branches down into two Co-Leaders and then Captains.
